UPCOMING PROGRAMS - COMING SOON!

Little Yogis

In Little Yogis, we turn movement into mindfulness.

Each yoga class invites kids to stretch, breathe, and giggle their way through stories, games, and poses that build balance, body awareness, and emotional calm.

Our sessions are designed for children ages 5–10—blending gentle yoga, imaginative play, and relaxation in a space where every child can shine just as they are.

Through animal poses, mindful breathing, and short moments of stillness, kids learn to:

✨ feel strong and centered in their bodies

🌈 notice and name their feelings

💛 practice kindness toward themselves and others

Because when kids learn to pause, breathe, and move with purpose, they carry that calm confidence into everything they do.

Friends of the Forest - Nature Immersion Sessions

In our Friends of the Forest Immersion program, children are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world—and with themselves.

Through gentle exploration, creative play, and mindful observation, kids learn to listen to the forest: the rustle of leaves, the rhythm of their footsteps, and the quiet voice of their own thoughts.

Each guided session blends elements of mindfulness, storytelling, and sensory discovery. Kids build resilience, empathy, and focus—all while exploring and connecting with nature in a safe, unhurried way.

 They’ll learn to:

🌲 Notice the small wonders of the world around them

🪶 Move with awareness and gratitude

🪴 Cultivate stillness, curiosity, and care for all living things

Because the forest is one of the best teachers of all—showing us that growth takes time, roots matter, and every child can find belonging in nature.
