At The Little Leadership Co., we believe that it's never too early for Leadership Development. We know Leadership begins with self-awareness—understanding who you are, what matters to you, and how you make a difference in your life, your community, and your world.
Our fun, play-based sessions help kids develop their emotional intelligence, courage, communication, collaboration, and kindness through creativity, storytelling, and teamwork.
Every activity is designed to build confidence from the inside out—because when kids understand themselves, they can lead with heart, and navigate this challenging, complex world with a little more ease.

We are a small group of moms, deeply passionate about Leadership and helping our children find their way in this incredibly fast-paced, complex world. We created this program because we believe that with the right guidance, every single child has the capacity to be a leader in their life. Our program duration is short, but power-packed. We're so excited to launch this exciting new program to help make a difference in not only your child's life, but yours.
